Gamze Elverişli

I recently graduated with a masters degree. Since I focused on academic studies throughout my business life, I had the opportunity to make many academic publications and presentations in important institutions such as OXFORD and International Islamic University. In addition, I took part in many social responsibility projects and supported the establishment of the Future Climate and Child Education (GİCED) association, which covers the education of girls with a focus on social responsibility. I cooperated with foreign project partners for European Union Projects. My NGO experience has also taught me important skills such as international project management and public speaking. I thrive on challenges and am passionate about achieving goals. I worked as the assistant principal at the private “Düçler Kasabası Anaokulu” with a capacity of 120 children. During this time, I gained important competencies in parent communication, crisis management, planning of administrative processes and management of educational processes. I will continue on my way, aiming to develop these competencies with my company and to grow and develop together with my institution. I am a friendly and outgoing person, which helps me build strong relationships with new business partners. I am proud of my background in the education sector and services sector, which has enabled me to develop solid skills in team motivation, data-driven communication, presentation, and management.
